CRM (Customer Relationship Management) a Primer... E-mail

You are doing well now. Or, so you think.

Your letter is converting, you have your payment system operating smoothly, and you deliver products automatically.

Your sales are soaring! You could be selling $8k a month, $14k a month, whatever the amount is...

Then...

The bottom falls out one month. Your sales drop 50%, and you start to struggle to pay the bills. Why do you think this is?

Well, are you developing and cultivating a relationship with your customers? Increasing the lifetime value of the customer?

Have you even thought about that before today?

You see, it's not about only the first sale with a customer...it's about future sales as well. Once you have built trust with your customer base, they will reward you with "easy" sales on repeat sales, or larger ticket sales etc...

And, what if the bad thing happens? What about refund requests, negative feedback, and the ability to take care of your customers when the need arises?

But you don't have time to personally touch base with all of your customers individually, do you? Unless there is a way to automate that process, you would be pretty much stuck right where you were.

Thankfully, there are automated solutions to help you with this.

CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software and systems keep track of important details, sends automated emails, provides "member's only specials" etc...and a whole bunch more.

How can you operate at any level without it? You can't. Not if you want to get past "making peanuts" online.

Your assignment for today is to log onto your favorite search engine and research "CRM Solutions online" or "customer relationship management software". Use other terms you can think of. See what you find. Find one to fit your needs for your online business.

Once put into place, your CRM solution will pay huge dividends in freed up time, and more profits.
